EASTER BREAKFAST 2022

From April 9 - 18, we offer inside with the opportunity to hold this year's Easter lunch in Figaro. We have put together a menu which consists of both cold and hot servings - see menu and additional options below.

Please note that it is only possible to order the Easter breakfast for groups of at least 6 people, and that it must be pre-ordered no later than 22.00 the day before arrival.

SERVED FAMILY STYLE

1. SERVING
Curry-mustard herring with onion, capers, apple

Skagen salad with hand-peeled North Sea prawns, mayonnaise, dill, trout roe

2. SERVING

Butter-fried fish fillet with remoulade, lemon
Chicken salad with mushrooms, mustard, herbs, crispy chicken skin

Plus sourdough bread, rye bread and butter

Lemon curd


NOK 350 per person

ADDITIONAL PURCHASE FOR EASTER BREAKFAST

Salmon tartar, shallots, herbs, salad, lemon

(served with 1st serving)

Warm fish meatballs, tartar sauce, lemon
(served with 2nd serving)

NOK 75 per additional purchase per person


Additional purchases must be ordered by everyone in the company
